2 years residential service experience

We specialize in residential service and repairs, and we’re looking for an apprentice electrician ready to learn from the best and build a solid career in the trade.
In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced electricians, gaining hands-on experience in troubleshooting, wiring, repairs, and installations. You’ll assist with residential projects, learning the ins and outs of panel upgrades, circuit repairs, and safety standards—plus, if you have an interest in mobile home parks or commercial work, that’s a bonus! We’re looking for hardworking, eager-to-learn team players who take direction well and are ready to develop real skills in a steady, supportive work environment. We believe in fair compensation for your hard-earned skills and expertise! Our pay scale reflects both your current abilities and experience, based on our PowerUp Program—a structured roadmap outlining the skills we expect you to master at each level. To ensure fairness, salaries are determined by your skills and accomplishments, not just time in the field.
Here are the general qualifications for each apprenticeship level in our PowerUp Program:
Apprentice I (Entry-Level) – $16–$17/hr
No prior experience required; eager to learn
Basic understanding of workplace safety
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Strong work ethic and reliability
Apprentice II (Some Experience) – $18–$21/hr
Typically 1–2 years of hands-on experience
Basic electrical knowledge and terminology
Ability to complete simple tasks with minimal supervision
Understanding of safety protocols and use of standard tools
Willingness to continue learning and improving
Apprentice III (Advanced Apprentice) – $21 /hr
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems
Ability to complete tasks independently 75% of the time
Consistent quality and efficiency in work
Ability to troubleshoot basic issues
Solid understanding of safety codes and best practices
Leadership skills and ability to mentor less experienced apprentices
