Expectations of Salesperson
- Create opportunities for new revenue.
- Advance existing opportunities through the pipeline.
- Close sales!
This includes proactive sales calls, drop-ins, attending networking activities, and building relationships with centers of influence. You are the face of the agency in the community as well as to our future ideal clients!

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated, highly competitive, goal-oriented individuals with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sales is a plus but not required!
- Current Property & Casualty insurance license a plus, but not required. Will work with the right candidate to secure your license.
Pay range and compensation package:
Location: Based out of Weatherford, TX – but prospecting territory is all North Central Texas.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Base Salary to start. Once validated, 100% commission (paid on New and Renewal book)
