Duties:

- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals in managing their medications and healthcare needs
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for individuals in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Engage in meaningful social interactions and activities to promote emotional well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care for individuals
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and any changes in individual's condition
Skills:
