Do I need an Insurance License?
You do not need an Insurance License. But you must be willing to study and obtain your CA Property and Casualty License within 6 months and your CA Life and Accidental & Health License within 1 year of employment. Trainings and Financial help provided.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative :
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring
- Process customer policy change requests
- Cross-sell products such as Life insurance
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
