YOUR ROLE AS A HAMPTON INN ON THE STRIP- FONT DESK/NIGHT AUDIT
As a new Front Desk/Night Audit team member at Hampton Inn on the Strip, you can expect an engaging and dynamic workday. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, checking them in and out, and addressing any inquiries or concerns with a customer-centric approach. You will also handle matters related to reservations and provide valuable information about the local area. During your shifts, which are scheduled from 3 PM to 11 PM on Wednesday and Thursday, and 11 PM to 7 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, you will balance front desk duties with night auditing tasks.
This includes reconciling daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You'll thrive in an energetic atmosphere, embracing the challenges of a busy hotel environment while contributing to a high-performance team focused on guest satisfaction.
