Core Job Responsibilities :
Conduct research and make recommendations for new program opportunities by collecting various types of information, including quantitative and qualitative data.
Utilize third-party data sources such as LightCast, BLS, and Google to analyze program-specific demand, enrollment, and job trends.
Complete program-specific competitive analyses and SWOT analyses as needed.
Develop a decision-making framework to assist stakeholders in prioritizing the most impactful opportunities.
Supporting the education department by participating in annual program reviews and providing relevant marketplace data.
Conduct research such as surveys and focus groups to collect student perspectives and preferences.
Other special projects, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
3 years field related experience.
Experience using Qualtrics for survey data collection and conducting focus groups with customers is a plus.
Passion for education and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of innovation and change.
High attention to detail.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a collaborative environment.
Ability to work at least 40 hours a week.
Physical Demands / Work Environment :
Ability to work in a virtual environment using software technology including but not limited to virtual meeting tools, such as Zoom, Instant Messaging, Canvas Learning Management System (LMS).
The ability to efficiently operate a computer and its peripheral equipment (keyboard, mouse, etc.).
Ability to sit or stand for two to four hours.
