Bryant Park Grill seeking Experienced Host / Hostess

MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Manage the reservation system (experience with Resy preferred) and maintain an organized seating chart.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
Handle incoming calls and assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service.
Multi-task effectively, managing guest flow during peak hours while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Assist with special events and large parties as needed.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a host / hostess role or similar customer service position.

Familiarity with the Resy reservation system is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Must be available to work on weekends and during peak dining hours.

A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
