Unarmed Security Officer - Campus Security (Full-Time)

Bryant Security has proudly served the South Florida community since 1985. We invite you to join our team of dedicated security professionals!

We are looking for reliable and dedicated Unarmed Security Officers with verifiable, school security experience for available morning and overnight shifts at private school in the heart of Coconut Grove.

Duties May Include: Access control, traffic control, conducting patrols and interacting with campus staff, students, parents and visitors.

Candidates must be willing to work outdoors in various types of weather conditions.

Candidates must be able to start training immediately!

Compensation:

• $18.00 Per Hour

Available Schedules:

Schedule 1. Overnight Shift (40 Hours)

• 22:00-06:00 Thursday-Monday
• Off-Thursday and Friday

Schedule 2. Morning Shift (40 Hours)

• 06:00-14:00 Thursday-Monday
• Off-Tuesday and Wednesday

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of campus security experience
• Must have a valid Class D Security Officer License
• Must be able to work in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions
• Must have a well-groomed and professional appearance
• Must be able to pass a Level II Criminal Background Investigation and drug screening

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a school or similar environment.
• Strong Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with staff, students, and visitors.
• Adaptable & Team-Oriented: Able to work effectively within a team and be flexible to changes in duties or schedules as needed.
