As Clinical Director, you’ll oversee clinical operations, provide direct patient care, and collaborate with leadership to achieve departmental and organizational goals. The position combines administrative responsibilities with clinical practice, allowing you to shape a thriving department known for its NCQA-recognized diabetes program, top-performing Ryan White program, and robust Care Coordination Team. You’ll report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and work closely with a Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, and Director of Infectious Diseases.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and leadership for the Adult Medicine Department.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance clinical operations, patient satisfaction, and workflow.
- Deliver high-quality patient care and maintain a collaborative environment.
- Supervise clinical providers, including advanced practitioners (APRNs, PAs).
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with clinical and administrative standards.
- Analyze data to drive evidence-based decisions and continuous improvement.
