Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide direction and oversight to other caregiving staff through delegation, coordination, and assessment of patient care activities.
- Facilitate effective communication among nursing staff, physicians, and support services to enhance patient outcomes and optimize unit functionality.
- Actively engage in continuous professional growth to expand knowledge and skills.
- Valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification within 60 days of hire.
- Enrolled in or willing to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within three years.
- Minimum of six months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in a Nurse Residency Program.
