Position Summary :
The Director of Community Partnerships and Engagement drives lead generation and enrollment through strategic community partnerships and marketing efforts. This role requires building strong relationships with employers, community organizations, and prospective students to achieve enrollment and revenue goals. The Director will leverage college resources and represent Bryant & Stratton College at community events to enhance brand awareness and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.

Salary Range is $70,000 - $72,000

The selected candidate’s actual base pay for this role will take into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Bryant & Stratton College, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
