BryceTech is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help Air Force Research Laboratorys Department of the Air Force in data analysis problemsolving and strategic thinking to drive informed decisionmaking. The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Program Management Office (PMO). The candidate must be highly analytical and detailoriented.
Responsibilities include :
- Collect analyze and interpret data and product requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Gather information using various methods including interviews workshops and surveys.
- Using data and workflows to identify trends processes and opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Support strategic planning initiatives by developing project plans managing risks and delivering actionable insights.
- Create clear and concise visualization reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to communicate results to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to evaluation industry trends competitive landscapes and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain data models processes and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in internal discussions to provide tactical knowledge to better inform strategic planning.
- Be knowledgeable in industry trends tools and best practices to continuously improve analytical processes.
