Job Description
Detailed knowledge of, but not limited to, federal Human Capital Recruitment, Performance Management, Awards and Recognition, Pathways Internship, Learning and Talent Development, or Executive Services and associated programmatic regulations, policies, practices, concepts, and procedures to execute and assess program requirements.
- Performs-to-day operations of the program and activities.
- Responsible for, but not limited to, assistance, technical guidance, consultation, and related support to customers advising them on the latest regulatory and instructional material relating to the program and activities; provides day-to-day problem solving and research.
- Assists with activities and processes related to program reviews and analysis and supports the development, recommendation, implementation, and integration of new programmatic solutions and strategies.
- Creates and produces a range of promotional, educational, and informational presentations, and/or resource materials related to program activities and initiatives.
- Coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of program activity data.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance program operations to achieve greater efficiencies and effectiveness and to fulfill program objectives.
- Follows established criteria for evaluating and tracking program metrics and assists in special projects or initiatives as requested.
- Ensures the effective and consistent delivery of the human resources program.
Qualifications

Education (or equivalent training and experience, if not applicable)
- High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
