BryceTech is looking for a Security Analyst to join our team and help Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force in managing security requirements for science and technology information. The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO).

Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a Security Analyst to join our team and help Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force in managing security requirements for science and technology information. The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO).
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a small team of security specialists.
- Ensure organizational information is compliant with the Science and Technology Protection Plan.
- Develop, implement, and maintain information protection policies, standards, and procedures.
- Identify and validate security requirements for documents of various classifications.
- Complete risk assessments to understand any issues or concerns to security and provide mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
- Maintain documentation related to data protection processes and incident report response efforts.
- Oversee all aspects of technology control and protection planning, including certification and accreditation processes.
- Serve as a technical security advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS (i.e., Education, Experience):
- 5 years in a security leadership role
- Bachelors in a STEM field
- Strong knowledge of science and technical information protection policies.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
- A collaborative and engaging nature.
- Excellent work ethic and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Secret required, TS/SCI preferred
