Production Manager Bryhn Design Build is looking for a motivated Production Manager to manage the production of an established Design/Build Remodeling company with a great reputation.

• Manage production schedule and assist Lead Carpenters to stay on schedule.
• Review budgets with Estimator and Lead Carpenters
• Able to review the work of trade partners for quality and accuracy
• Proficient at interpreting drawings and specifications

Requirements

• Valid work permit (USA)
• Local residency within 30 min from Flemington, NJ

Position Responsibilities

• Ability to take charge of the production to keep jobs on schedule, while maintaining quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Support achievement of production goals employing company best practices
• Assist Lead Carpenters in attaining and managing sub-contractors.
• Provide regular project updates, schedules, change order requests, filling out timesheets and uploading photos into Builder Trend (our project management software)
• Manage job progress and profitability regularly, as well as forecasting when to start new jobs.
• Ensure the image of the company is supported by the appearance and activities of the installation teams and job sites
• Must be able to work well with people
• Flexible to assist where needed for overall success of company
• Dispense project punch and warranty list
