Bryka is looking for a dynamic and experienced Market Research professional to fill the Senior Consultant, Market Research role. This position is a client-facing role in which the individual is responsible for leading healthcare professional and patient market research projects on the client’s behalf. Bearing responsibility for the full project cycle, from vendor selection through final report, this individual will need to be able to work independently to manage the projects, while establish strong cross-functional relationships with client’s internal and external business partners.

• Provides guidance and recommendations on approach to achieving research objectives

• Demonstrates working knowledge of client’s strategy and appropriately applies to project work
• Develops effective presentations for all level of audiences (manager to C-suite)
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; strong learning agility
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
• Effective project planning and project management skills with timely follow-up
• Ability to work independently and proactively engage business partners
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsive to client needs
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods

This individual must also have:

• 7 or more years of Market Research experience
• 5 or more years pharmaceutical or biotech experience
• BA/BS required; an advanced degree is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; advanced powerpoint and excel skills required
