What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visiting Assistant Professor position at Bryn Mawr College?
The Department of Physics at Bryn Mawr College invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor for the 2025-26 academic year. Renewal of the position is possible pending a successful review of teaching evaluations and departmental staffing needs. The successful applicant will mainly teach a non-major introductory sequence intended primarily for students on the pre-health professions track, including laboratories. Completion of a Ph.D. in Physics by the start date is preferred, but a master’s in Physics will be considered; prior teaching experience is preferred.
