The Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association Business Office is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Revenue Cycle Manager to join their growing team. This role will primarily support the Revenue Cycle Manager in running and analyzing reports, payroll process, assist in onboarding new employees, and help manage departmental operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to supporting the Revenue Cycle Manager and other key departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance to Revenue Cycle Manager: Support the Revenue Cycle Manager with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to resolving accounts receivable issues, reporting, and analysis of revenue cycle operations using advanced Excel skills to provide insights into various business metrics.
- Other Administrative Duties: Perform other payroll and office administration tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the department and company.
- Departmental Support: Assist with coordinating and managing monthly departmental meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives and updates.
- Onboarding New Employees: Oversee the orientation process for new hires and scheduling training.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with payroll software (preferred).
