The managing partner will be in charge of a criminal caseload and will manage the paralegals in assisting their current clients. We solely help inmates and individuals who cannot afford legal counsel to keep them up-to-date on their cases and life outside of the system. We assist with getting them into programs for reentry to society so that they can be productive members of society! Managing Attorney Responsibilities
- Oversee law office operations including establishing the law firm structure, communicating and enforcing team values, and contributing to strategic business decisions to achieve our overall company goals.
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to strengthen our legal team.
- Ensure that the firm is achieving its client satisfaction goals by evaluating productivity and quality of service and making recommendations for improvement.
- Establish the financial strategy of the law firm by adequately distributing funds across the company, monitoring the monthly budget, anticipating requirements and trends, and evaluating the results - making modifications as needed.
- Build up the credibility of the law firm to the community by planning, organizing, and speaking at events such as webinars, media events, marketing initiatives, etc.
- Represent and grow your own caseload (particularly complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorney.
