Bryten Real Estate Partners is seeking a highly analytical and strategic HR Compensation Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation programs that align with our company goals and support employee engagement. As the HR Compensation Manager, you will collaborate with HR leaders, executives, and finance teams to ensure our compensation practices are fair, consistent, and competitive within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with business objectives, ensuring competitiveness within the industry and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Job Evaluation & Analysis: Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and salary benchmarking to determine the relative value of jobs across the organization and recommend appropriate pay levels.
- Incentive Programs: Design and manage incentive programs, including short-term and long-term incentive plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance standards.
- Annual Salary Reviews: Lead the annual salary review process, including budgeting, market analysis, salary adjustments, and performance bonus allocations.
- Data Analytics: Analyze compensation trends, produce insights, and make recommendations to improve pay practices, forecasting future compensation costs and trends.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including FLSA, Equal Pay Act, and other local wage and hour laws. Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management.
- Employee Communication: Develop clear and effective communication materials for employees regarding compensation philosophy, pay practices, and incentive programs to drive understanding and transparency.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and departmental leaders to align compensation practices with talent management, budgeting, and business goals.
