- Develop and implement effective training programs for on-site team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Collaborate with Asset Directors and/or Community Managers to achieve exceptional results, enhancing property value and driving business growth.
- Lead Assistant Asset Directors and/or Community Managers, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred; high school education or equivalent required.
- 4 years in related experience and/or training, including management of staff.
- Strong financial and asset management abilities with solid time management skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of achievement.
