Hiring Administrative Assistant. Good pay with opportunities to grow. I’m looking for someone who has the following skills and ambition to learn.
- Organizational skills.
- Follow, improve and create systems.
- Articulate and able to compose emails and responses.
- Computer literate (including Mac) and Proficient with spreadsheets.
- Good with people. Motivated. Emotionally stable.
- Must be proactive. There is always something to do. No such thing as a slow day.
- A good understanding of social media is a plus.
- Must be flexible, willing and able to do Tasks such as: Book travel. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Manage email inbox. Respond to fan mail. Pick up dry cleaning. Hire maintenance contractors.
The number one responsibility of this position is to free up time for the CEO. You will work directly with the CEO and answer only to him.
