Position Overview: The Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, field crews, and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for organizing and confirming appointments for site assessments, installations, inspections, and service calls. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule site surveys, installations, inspections, and service appointments for residential solar projects.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, technicians, project managers, and third-party partners to confirm and update schedules.
- Manage scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Update scheduling software and internal systems to reflect real-time changes and project statuses.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure schedules align with customer expectations and company goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and text communications.
- Collaborate with other departments to anticipate and resolve scheduling challenges.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative, scheduling, or coordination experience (1 year preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and CRM or scheduling software.
