We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist in the Corpus Christi area to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and personable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist. This role is crucial in maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Maintain and update office supplies inventory.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in preparing documents for closings and other associated tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the real estate or escrow industry is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Schedule:

  • Part-time, up to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within 8:30am-5:00pm. Weekly schedule may vary.
  • Flexible time arrangements.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
