Responsibilities
- The Facility Tech provides repair, service, and operational reliability of utilities and/or equipment required to meet the facility's needs.
- Said skills shall be performed with minimal instruction as determined by his immediate supervisor.
- The Facility Tech should be able to troubleshoot and repair moderate problems with plumbing, lighting, room temperature, tube system, fire alarm, and energy management systems as determined by his immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and be over the age of 21 for BSA's driver's insurance.
- A Facility Tech should have at least one year's experience in related equipment and/or building maintenance.
- Facility Tech should have 2 years' experience at BSA or comparable in-house service.
- Licensure in a specialty field may be substituted for other experience at the supervisor's discretion.
