Responsibilities
- Responsible for obtaining high quality Cat Scans studies.
- Must be able to start IV’s effectively and consistently.
- In this position employee will be required to administer oral and IV contrast.
- Will be responsible for daily quality controls on equipment.
- Must adhere to Diagnostic Imaging policies and procedures.
- High Accountability for patient safety.
- Must possess outstanding customer service skills.
- Must flex to accommodate volumes.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.
- 2-year Associate's Degree in Radiology.
- Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT)
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Only needs one certification:
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist/Nuclear (ARRT (N) ) and/or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) (if both are declared, both must be current.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- 1 year experience
