What You’ll Do :
Project Leadership : Collaborate with Senior Architects to execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and maintaining project scope, budget, and schedule.
D esign and Planning : Lead the architectural design and planning process, including the preparation of design presentations, documentation, and working drawings.
Client Engagement : Engage with clients through all phases, presenting designs, discussing revisions, and ensuring a seamless project delivery experience.
Construction Oversight : Provide primary oversight on construction administration, coordinating across all disciplines to ensure complete and accurate project execution.
Process Improvement : Continuously identify and implement improvements to design processes, working closely with team members to optimize project delivery.
Project Ownership : Take full ownership of smaller projects or significant portions of larger ones, guiding documentation, drawings, and specifications through to successful completion.
Professional Development : Mentor Architectural Designers and Interns, providing training, guidance, and leadership to support their growth and development.
Education and Experience :
- Educational Background : Accredited Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Professional Licensure : Professional Licensure in Architecture, with an NCARB certificate preferred.
- Experience : 6-10 years related experience. Experience working on healing, learning, and / or discovery project types preferred.
- Skills :
Strong ability to manage scope, budget, and timelines.
