As Program Staff, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and educational experiences for Scouts by facilitating all Sea Base sailing and program adventures based in Islamorada, Florida. Key responsibilities include teaching kayaking and paddleboarding techniques, leading ecological and historical tours, and guiding snorkeling lessons. You will also assist with the daily care and maintenance of camp facilities, oversee dock staff duties, and facilitate gear shakedowns.
Additionally, you will plan and lead weekly closing ceremonies, teach small boat sailing (summer staff only), and guide bridge fishing activities.
