Compliance Accountant

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cash flow analysis and financial report writing
• Manage accounts payable and assist with budgeting
• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations
• Handle corporate accounting tasks
• Assist with wills, trusts, and estate law matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience handling US-GAAP standards, audits, and tax compliance.
• 1 year of prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial companies
• Proven experience in corporate finance and accounting
• Accounting & Finance: Extensive expertise in Accounting Principles (US-GAAP), Excel & Financial Modeling, and Tax Regulations (U.S.).
• Software & ERP: Expert in Business Central / Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
