Skills
- Proficiency in food safety practices and regulations
- Strong background in food production, fine dining, and quick-service fast-food restaurant environments
- Experience in supervising staff and managing restaurant operations
- Knowledge of bartending, culinary arts, and food preparation techniques
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Experience working directly with both FoH and BoH Teams in a collaborative manner
- Minimum of 3-years experience as a General Manager with solid knowledge of restaurant industry and general business policies, standards, theories
- Mac and MS Office: (Outlook, Word and Excel), Google Workplace, and Toast POS proficient.
