Duties
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews
- Utilize HR software such as Workday and Paychex for HR operations
- Manage workers' compensation claims and related processes
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Assist in human resources management activities including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment purposes
- Support workforce management through scheduling and attendance tracking
- Demonstrate conflict management skills when resolving employee issues
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience
- Proficiency in employee evaluation processes
- Familiarity with HR software such as Workday and Paychex
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits administration or related roles.
- Experience in human resources management
- Expertise in Paylocity or similar HRIS systems.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
