Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with architects, vendors, and contractors to develop engineering solutions.
· Apply strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical engineering, and construction practices.
· Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Utilize critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills to address engineering challenges.
· Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HVAC and plumbing engineering.
· Certifications: Registration as an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) or Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and load modeling software (preferably Trane TRACE or HAP).
· Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical, energy, plumbing, and building codes.
