Key Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with architects, vendors, and contractors to develop engineering solutions.

·        Apply strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical engineering, and construction practices.

·        Use design and modeling tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and load modeling software like Trane TRACE or HAP.

·        Stay updated on and apply relevant mechanical, energy, plumbing, and building codes.

·        Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed.

·        Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.

·        Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HVAC and plumbing engineering.

·        Certifications: Registration as an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) or Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.

·        Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and load modeling software (preferably Trane TRACE or HAP).

·        Knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical, energy, plumbing, and building codes.
