Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to clients on various insurance products to meet their needs.
Duties
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Conduct outside sales activities to acquire new clients
- Administer benefits and claims processes
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
Skills
- Strong sales skills with a focus on retail sales
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willing to obtain a P&C license at the expense of the Company within 30 days of employment (subject to state requirements)
- Proven self-starter with 3-5 years of in an animal care role
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Proficiency in benefits administration and sales administration
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for better client engagement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,410.00 - $90,734.00 per year
