Site Superintendent (Civil/landscaping/excavating)

We are seeking " Site Superintendents " for one of our esteemed clients based at Belleville, IL and your experience aligns exceptionally well with what they are.

Responsibilities:

·        Oversee job setup and project management, ensuring all necessary materials are ordered and available.

·        coordinate equipment, and allocate manpower based on project needs.

·        Maintain daily logs of crew activities, including time tracking and material quantities.

·        Manage projects ranging from $10,000 to $500,000, with the potential to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

·        Project management experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn and grow.

·        General knowledge of road construction, storm/sewer installation, demolition, grading, concrete, and asphalt work is beneficial.

·        Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

·        Familiarity with GPS and laser levels.

·        Strong leadership and time management skills.

·        Understanding of equipment and workforce capabilities.

·        Basic computer skills (training available).
