Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure operational excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes
- Drive business growth through effective project management and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall company objectives
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
- Provide guidance and direction on strategic planning for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in business development and strategic planning
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience in EMS with previous leadership roles. Quality & Lean Manufacturing Certifications preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions based on data-driven insights

Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
