Duties & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and lead operational plans providing a glamping environment to customers
Provide leadership to the FAC (Family Adventure Camp) team, including program and hospitality staff, to meet the needs and expectations of our customers
Serve and partner as a member of the highest seasonal management team
Provide and resolve concierge / customer service challenges in a timely manner
Partner with the full site program team to achieve all activity desires through the FAC schedule
Knowledge expert for sitewide operations, programs, and local attractions
Compile reports, build / modify SOPs, and maintain inventories
Maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area
Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
Qualifications & Training
21 years of age or older
Outdoor recreation or Summit experience preferred
Required 2 yr. leading teams, prefer 2 Summit employment
Ability to complete USA Archery Level 1 Instructor or BSA range master
Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, registration software, POS software)
Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
Be or become a registered member of Scouting America
Performance Results
Provide at least one memorable moment that matters to a participant
Contribute at least one improvement to Family Adventure Camp program operations
Receive one or more Staff Appreciation Cards from staff or participants
Physical Requirements
Up to 8 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
