We are looking for a Controller/CFO to manage our remote bookkeepers, generate business intelligence (BI) reports, and oversee financial operations. This role is perfect for someone seeking flexibility.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage and supervise remote bookkeepers to ensure accurate financial records
✔ Generate BI reports and financial dashboards to support strategic decision-making with the owners
✔ Handle cash flow management, forecasting, and financial reporting
✔ Review and optimize accounting processes and controls
✔ Oversee budgeting, tax planning, and compliance
✔ Provide insights into investment performance and profitability analysis
✔ Collaborate with ownership on high-level financial strategy
Who You Are:
✅ Experienced in real estate accounting (multi-family, NNN, or commercial properties preferred)
✅ Strong in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
✅ Skilled at managing bookkeepers and streamlining processes
✅ Tech-savvy with QuickBooks, Excel, and BI reporting
✅ Detail-oriented but also big-picture thinker
✅ Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
