What are the responsibilities and job description for the FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - CPA,MBA position at BSA-Tech?
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management/Administration required.
CPA, MBA or equivalent is a strong asset.
10 years of progressive leadership, finance, and accounting experience required
Experience requirements:
Must have 7 years of progressive leadership, finance, and accounting experience required.
Must have significant practical experience with a demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle accounting from source documents to financial statement preparation.
Must have experience managing a team of 3-5 personnel.
Experience with US and other foreign jurisdiction taxes.
Experience working for a large publicly listed company and/or having public company reporting experience would be an asset.
Systems implementation experience would be an asset.
Technical skill requirements:
Must have strong working knowledge of IFRS.
Must have strong knowledge of MS Office Programs and ERP accounting software (Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP Dynamics NAV, and Sage Enterprise are strong assets)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
