Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Superintendent or in a similar capacity within the heavy civil construction sector.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to foster effective collaboration among team members, clients, and upper management regarding project progress and issues.
- Comprehensive knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and perform efficiently under pressure.
- Expertise in 3D construction technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Possession of relevant certifications in construction management or safety compliance.
- Capability to oversee daily site operations while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Skilled in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Leica Geo Systems.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining project schedules to monitor progress and optimize resource allocation.
- Experience conducting routine site inspections to ensure work quality aligns with project specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
