Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction, with a focus on multi-family or commercial projects.
- Successful completion of at least five projects valued at $25 million or more.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, contracts, and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software and scheduling tools.
- OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working on large-scale developments.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management software.
