15 years of experience in commercial concrete, construction, or related industries.
5 years in a senior leadership role (Division President, EVP, VP, or GM) with P&L responsibility.
Proven success in scaling operations, driving revenue, and optimizing profitability.
Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction, project management, and industry regulations.
Experience in negotiating and securing large-scale commercial contracts.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
