Role: Commercial Roof Estimator

Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and construction methods
Experience in estimating and project management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Certification or training in roofing estimation is a plus
Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the roofing industry
Prior experience in a similar role in the construction or roofing sector
Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and architects
Provide technical support
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on estimation.
Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
Proven ability to generate competitive estimations, to achieve revenue targets.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships within our organization
Proficiency in using software for roofing estimation and project management.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
High level of self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed to evaluate and estimate projects.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
