Role: Construction Accountant

Description:
Seeking someone with experience as a Controller or Senior Construction Accountant, ideally with a background in property management.
Our company specializes in luxury remodels, custom new construction, and we also own and manage 150 rental properties.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and experienced in account reconciliation, general ledger management, and a strong understanding of debits and credits.
Accounting, Finance, and Auditing skills
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
