Role: Parts Department Manager
Location: Bloomington, IN

Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee all facets of the parts department business at the assigned location.
Support annual budget planning and assist in setting and achieving goals aligned with KEI (Key Enterprise Initiatives) metrics.
Develop and maintain efficient, customer-focused department processes.
Proactively market the parts department through customer calls, promotions, and program follow-ups.
Maintain and promote 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure department cleanliness and organization.
Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of all parts employees.
Attend internal and external training sessions to stay current on best practices and product knowledge.
Complete employee Personal Development Plans in line with KEI schedules.
Mentor and guide employee career development to align with department and organizational goals.
Collaborate with the Business Manager to support daily branch operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the functional manager.
Primary Requirements:
3–5 years of leadership experience in a dealership or similar environment.
Strong communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with dealership product lines and sales techniques.
Proficient in IntelliDealer, vendor systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Solid understanding of inventory management and financial reporting related to parts operations.
Strong commitment to maintaining high standards and resolving issues promptly.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and seasonal shifts, based on business needs.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
