Essential Job Functions:
- Small Business Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with local small businesses, offering tailored banking and lending solutions to support their growth.
- Develop New Business Opportunities: Manage an active pipeline of prospective clients, present compelling sales proposals, and secure new business relationships to drive deposit growth.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and coach branch staff to achieve individual and team goals, promoting professional growth and a customer-focused culture.
- Community Engagement: Represent the bank in community events and initiatives, establishing partnerships to enhance the branch’s visibility and reputation.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and risk management practices while overseeing branch operations and delegating routine tasks.
- Performance Management: Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with staff to review performance, provide coaching, and align efforts with branch goals and sales strategies.
- Problem Resolution: Serve as the secondary escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions that strengthen relationships.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Area Retail Leader and internal teams, including Business Banking, Commercial Lending, and Wealth Management, to align branch efforts with organizational goals and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Education & Experience:
- B.S/B.A. Degree with 3 years of banking, sales, and management experience, or 5 ars of relevant experience. Notary Public preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
