Position Summary
The President will provide strategic leadership in collaboration with the executive team to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and sustainable business growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing the company’s vision, strengthening client relationships, expanding market presence, and upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a robust background in industrial construction, a strong acumen in work acquisition, and a proven record of success in executive management or business unit leadership.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years in the construction industry, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles, preferably with a top-tier industrial contracting firm.
- Proven experience managing projects up to $100 million.
- Strong business development background.
- Extensive experience in marketing and sales.
- Experience working with an ENR Top 400 general contractor.
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of concrete construction processes, project management, and industry regulations.
- Proven success in strategic planning, financial management, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: $160,618.00 - $175,420.00 per year
