Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Angelus seamers and
associated equipment.
- Rebuild and overhaul seamers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain high
production efficiency.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment meets safety and quality
standards.
- Train and mentor team members on the proper use and maintenance of seaming
equipment.
- Document all maintenance activities and adhere to company protocols for equipment
servicing.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years of hands-on experience working with Angelus seamers in
major beverage canning facilities such as Pepsi, Coca-Cola, or Carolina Beverage.
- Technical Training: Completed formal training at Angelus, specializing in rebuilding
seamers.
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of filler and seamer systems,
beverage manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
- Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work
under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a
team setting.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy machinery parts and stand for extended
periods during repairs and maintenance.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts and adapt to changing production schedules as
needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
