What You’ll Do
- Lead and Coordinate: Be the go-to expert and main point of contact for project coordination, managing both internal teams and external partners with ease.
- Ensure Flawless Delivery: Oversee each project from start to finish, making sure everything stays on schedule, within budget, and meets all defined goals.
- Create and Manage Plans: Develop detailed internal project plans, including timelines, cost estimates, and objectives.
- Champion Communication: Act as the linchpin of communication between internal teams and third-party vendors to guarantee smooth project execution and successful outcomes.
- Keep Stakeholders in the Loop: Regularly update all relevant teams on project progress, including key requirements and timelines, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Problem Solver: Proactively identify challenges and come up with creative, cost-effective solutions that balance time, budget, and quality standards.
- Stay on Top of Progress: Track daily progress, identify risks early, and solve issues as they arise, ensuring projects remain on track.
- Facilitate Planning Sessions: Organize and participate in project meetings, sharing your expertise on workflows, timelines, and resource management to drive success.
- Manage Billing and Invoices: Work with the Accounts Receivable team to issue invoices, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely payments.
- Improve Efficiency: Help implement and refine workflow management tools focused on increasing quality, profitability, and productivity across the board.
What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a combination of experience and education that equips you to excel in this role.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects.
- A solid understanding of print and visual media, with an eye for detail and quality.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills to navigate the complexities of multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to present ideas clearly and negotiate effectively.
- Solid experience in budgeting, planning, and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met with precision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
