What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Real Estate Accountant position at BSA Technology?

Experience-wise, it's most important that the candidate has

managed a high-volume portfolio of properties (retail, office, medical, etc.)

in an accounting-focused capacity.

Some "nice-to-haves" would be experience with MRI / Yardi and / or Sage ERP system.

Bachelor's degree in accounting from 4-year college or university

Minimum 5 years' experience handling a portfolio of properties in a Real Estate Accountant capacity

Strong knowledge of GAAP Accounting

Ability to assess complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
