The selected candidate will be tasked with executing the requirements gathering, business analysis, and systems design portion of projects that may cover a broad set of technologies and systems.
The selected candidate must have the ability to execute effectively on both Business Analysis (BA) and Systems Analysis (SA) tasks.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with the customer to thoroughly understand business challenges and use cases.
- Assist with creation and documentation of user stories.
- Work with tech team members and Architects to design and document flexible implementation solutions.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented Agile / Scrum environment.
- Partner closely with Scrum team members and business partners to ensure user stories are implemented in a way that meets business and technology expectations.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to help drive all aspects of project delivery from requirements gathering through implementation.
- Be open to assisting with non-analyst centric tasks as needed in order to ensure the team delivers on commitments (i.e. assist with functional testing).
